I was joes great grandson tyler, and up until last november i hadnt seen the man since i was a baby. All i can say is im glad that i took the time to go with my grandparents to go see him. He was a gentle loving man who was just happy to have his family around him. Not a day gos by now that i wish i could have spent more time with this amazing man and really got to know him. He loved talking politics, but never forced his views we had a 2 hour debate one night all talking at the table, and he was so intelligent but also had an open mind. I love this man with all my heart and hope hes happy prob sitting on the sideline of a notre dame game cheering, or in the dugout of a yankess game. Youll be loved and missed grandpa joe may you rest in the peace you deserve. I love you.
