To all the Martello family, I was so shocked and saddened to hear of the loss of your mom while I was in Ashtabula yesterday. While it has been many years, I loved your mom as if she was my own...and never wanted to disappoint her...just as my own parents. She was a quietly strong woman...someone to emulate...and she was always non-judgmental, and very forgiving. Peace be to all of you...and I will hope to honor her in March too. My deepest sympathies to the entire Martello Family. Your mother was the kindest sweetest lady. My first job was at Martell Cleaners when I was in High School and I have such fond memories of the job, your mom, and the opportunities they provided. May your memories of your mom bring you comfort -sincerely, Cathy Headman McEvoy
