Obituary of Nancy Ann Donathan

Nancy Ann Donathan, 69, of Jefferson, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Tuesday, March 15, 2022. She was born April 6, 1952, in Ashtabula the daughter of Jane Urban. A lifelong area resident, Nancy married the love of her life Bobbie Donathan on November 20, 1969. Nancy attended Ashtabula Pentecostal Church of God. She was a member of the Ashtabula VFW where she enjoyed playing BINGO on Wednesday nights. Most of all she was a loving mother and enjoyed spending time wither children and grandchildren. Nancy is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Bobbie; son, Bobby Donathan; daughters, Laura Stiles, Julie (Edward Parker) Johnson, Bobbie (Rafael Cancel) Whetro-Cancel, Sherry (Charles) Hayes, Kimberley (Jason Heasley) Donathan; and April (Walt) Debiasi who was like a daughter to her; brother, Don Urban; sisters, Pam Slater, Karen (Russ) Childs, and Donna Urban; 22 grandchildren; and 33 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sons, Rodney and Vincent Donathan, and her mother. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 22, 2022, at 1PM at Zaback-Williams-Ducro Funeral Home, 500 W. Prosect Rd., Ashtabula. Burial will follow at Oakdale Cemetery in Jefferson. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday from 11AM until the time of service at 1PM.
