Thomas M. Janes, Jr., 47, formerly of Ashtabula passed away unexpectedly at home, June 25, 2022.
He was born May 31, 1975, in Ashtabula the son of Thomas M. Janes, Sr. and Kathy (Balcomb) McVaugh. Over the years Tom worked as a contractor. He enjoyed collecting trains, sports cards and pet fish. Most of all Tom enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by his father, Thomas (Tracey) Janes, Sr.; mother, Kathy (Sean) McVaugh; siblings, Laura (Niko) Janes- Gdissis, Joseph Janes, Veronica Corwin, Jason Henderson, Stephen Henderson, Scott McVaugh and Samuel McVaugh; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Walter and Bessie Balcomb; paternal grandparents, Beryl and Nancy Janes; sister, Kate Lynn Janes; and aunt Lisa McVaugh.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 7, 2022, at 10AM at Lulu Falls on Cemetery Rd., in North Kingsville.
