Obituary of Robin Lynn Jackson

Robin Jackson, 62, of Girard, Ohio passed away on October 15, 2022 surrounded by her family. Robin was born September 10, 1960 in Painesville to the late Mr. Nero & Evangelist Mother Hester Mae Jackson. Robin was the sixth of eight children. After obtaining her GED, Robin attended Trumbull Business College and received her Associates of Applied Business Degree. During her life, she had several employers that included: Rae-Ann Nursing Home, Shortstop, Carington Park, and her last employer -Margarita King. Robin was a member of Elim Christian Center in Warren, Ohio. She was strong in her faith and served on the Nurse's Guild, Usher Board, and she also assisted at Pathways Sober House in Warren, Ohio. Known to family as "Aunt Fly Girl", Robin loved to be the center of attention. She would walk in the room and affectionately say "Here Go Me!!" and everyone would bust out laughing. Anyone who truly knew Robin knows she loved to eat! She also enjoyed listening to music and dancing. Survivors include her children: Xavier Jackson of Ashtabula, Ebony Jackson of Painesville, and Miniya (Kenny) Eastlick of Ashtabula; Grandchildren: Kiarra, Xavier, Anastasia, Zy' Avier, and JaMir; 7 Great–Grandchildren; Siblings: Marylee Dent, Sarah Cooper, Cella Jackson, Dedera Williams of Ashtabula, Pastor Michael (Michelle) Jackson & Barbara Ohler of Painesville. Also, to cherish her memory are a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and her grand dogs Leo & Champ. She is preceded in death by her parents, one brother McKinley. Funeral services will be Friday, October 28, 2022 at 12PM at Zaback-Williams-Ducro Funeral Home, 500 W. Prospect Rd. Ashtabula, with Pastor Aruthenia Simmons of Elim Christian Center officiating. Visitation will be from 11Am until the time of service at 12PM at the funeral home.
