Obituary of Roberta Ann Hall

ASHTABULA Roberta Ann “Bobbi” DePiero Hall, 71, passed away Friday, March 24, 2023 at her home.
She was born June 22, 1951 in Ashtabula, the daughter of John and Mary (Mastroianni/Masters) DePiero and had been a lifelong Ashtabula resident.
A 1969 graduate of St. John High School, she attended Ohio University where she earned a degree in Criminal Justice. A God-fearing woman, Bobbie was strong in her faith and attended the First Baptist Church and Church of the Living God.
Bobbi had worked at Channel Product and Garfield’s Restaurant. A Blue Star Mother, she was very patriotic and regularly made meals, pies, and gift bags for veterans, as well as many lap quilts which she donated to veteran’s hospitals. She loved sewing, knitting scarves, and watching old TV shows, like Perry Mason and I Love Lucy. One of her favorite spots was Lake Shore Park where she loved to relax and watch the waves. Her grandkids were her world and she loved them dearly. Known to many as the “Cat Lady”, she had many cats she treasured including Oreo, Sabatino, and Fitzgerald.
Her survivors include three children, Jessica (Tyrone Bradley) Snyder, Kurt (Jaimee) Snyder, and Angela (Nick) Christine; fifteen grandchildren, Brianna, Takera, Drequan, and Travon Bradley, Mataio, Jayden, Dominik, Kilah, Lillyanna, and Julianna Snyder, Izabella Patton, Steven Kinkopf, Jr., and Deven, Aden, and Ari Christine; and a brother, John DiPiero of Westminster, CO.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her former husband and father of her children, Randy Snyder.
Calling hours will be held from 12PM to 1PM on Thursday, March 30, 2023 at the DUCRO FUNERAL HOME, 4524 Elm Avenue, Ashtabula, immediately followed by the funeral service at 1PM with Rev. Robert Falke, Pastor of Church of the Living God, and Rev. Joe Woods, Pastor of the First Baptist Church co-officiating. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memory Gardens, N. Kingsville.
